The Studio only accepts Blue Cross Blue Shied insurance (unfortunately excluding "Federal BCBS"). Individual rates are $225.00 for self-pay. If you have other insurance, you can contact them before your session to inquire about your "Out of Network" mental health benefits for psychotherapy with an LCSW psychotherapist. They will explain their specific process, but generally, you will pay the self-pay rate upfront and receive a 'superbill' receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
