Your relationship with your therapist is critically important. (Like finding the right hair salon, you've got to keep searching til you find a match!) So if you're interested in working with Stephanie you can request a free appointment below to see if you'll work well together. You'll spend 30 minutes together to see if the relationship will work and if the type of therapy she offers will meet your needs. Once you become a client of The Studio all of your appointments can be negotiated online so you can have the convenience and privacy of scheduling from home.

The first consultation session is free then rates are $165 per session for individual psychotherapy and $65 per session for group therapy. Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, and United Health insurances are accepted.

If you're able to come in person to the West Little Rock office select the "Healing Arts Studio" location.

If you're a hospital mom or from out of town and can't make it in to the office select the "Teletherapy" option to have a HIPPA compliant Skype session.
